GENUSSMOMENTE by Kaiserschote
In 1992, the Kaiserschote was the first caterer in Cologne that replaced canapés with fingerfood and where "saying goodbye to the ham roll" was really fun at the buffets. The mission has remained the same ever since: "We accompany every event with the appropriate culinary concept!
NEW: Digital Catering - since eating together connects
With its pleasure boxes for digital get-togethers, the delicatessen caterer has developed a new, innovative concept that will inspire you! So there is the right catering for every conceivable digital event format. In a mini cooking show, each dish is explained by a gourmet expert, e.g. as a live stream from the cooking studio and/or in an entertaining video clip via a QR code on the dish.
The Digital team will be happy to advise you on the individual possibilities to spice up your event with the pleasure boxes in a tasteful and sustainable way.
"Sustainable" vs. "Low Budget
In its implementation, modern catering means constant change, because it is always a reflection of society.
The KAISERSCHOTE team interprets every event motto with culinary enthusiasm. Customer requests regarding "sustainability" are accompanied, for example, by certified catering produced in a CO2-neutral manner. At "Interactive Cooking Happenings", co-cooking and networking for groups of up to 200 people is staged and at the trade fair stand, "catering" by "local heroes" or a "cosmopolitan café" becomes a sustainable experience for the visitor.
Every catering is different and especially for business events such as corporate events, conferences, galas or product presentations it is important that the mood scripts fit, the motto and customer CI are taken into account and even the desired degree of saturation fits the guest structure exactly.
We love this challenge and the conceptual dialogue with you!
Even for lean budgets, sophisticated meal concepts are developed. André Karpinski says: "Simplifying things can be charming and very tasty, provided the ingredients, staging and service are right! A German "Slow Baker bread buffet", combined with an international soup kitchen, may well be appropriate for a modern gala. A creative discussion is a matter of course for the Kaiserschote team!
