Company events (also known as corporate events or business events) are aimed at employees, customers, partners, and suppliers. The primary goal of employee events is to strengthen team spirit (team building), increase motivation, and improve the working atmosphere by establishing personal contacts outside of everyday working life.

Internal corporate events mainly take place on special occasions, such as company anniversaries or Christmas parties. Trade fairs and cultural events, as well as open days, are examples of customer events.

Conferences are often held as events for business partners and suppliers. The purpose of organizing these external corporate events is to attract new customers, maintain existing contacts, and improve the company's image.
