The Bode Museum in Berlin

The Bode Museum on Museum Island in Berlin houses the Sculpture Collection, the Museum of Byzantine Art, the Coin Cabinet and works from the Picture Gallery. In 1999, UNESCO declared the historic location a World Heritage Site. We are happy to make individual areas of the museum available to you as a special location for events of all kinds.

The Bode-Museum is just as extraordinary as a location as it is as a museum; and with your event you support Museum&Location in generating additional liquidity for special exhibitions in the National Museums in Berlin. Event spaces in the Bode-Museum

A total of three event spaces are available for you to book for your event. A basic equipment of modern conference technology is available.

The Basilica

The Basilica is about 250 square meters in size and is suitable for receptions with up to 200 people. Banquet seating can be arranged for a maximum of 140 guests. For lectures and presentations, there is room for up to 200 people in row seating.

The Great Dome Hall

The Great Dome Hall also has a floor area of approx. 250 sqm, but this can be extended by approx. 50 sqm through the adjoining balcony. Thus, receptions with up to 300 people are possible. The Basilica and the Great Dome Hall can only be used before or after the official opening hours. The historic location is open to visitors from Tuesdays to Sundays from 10 am to 6 pm and on Thursdays until 8 pm.
