The EUREF Campus Berlin for sustainable events

Located in the vibrant district of Berlin Schöneberg, the EUREF Campus Berlin welcomes you to a unique European hub for innovative future projects. Certified as a partner of Sustainable Meeting Berlin, the campus is conveniently located near the ICE station Berlin Südkreuz, directly on the Berlin S Bahn ring and close to the city motorway. Centered around the iconic gasometer, the campus offers a wide selection of diverse event locations featuring industrial flair, beautiful terraces and outdoor areas, ten open spaces, a dedicated pool, and an evening restaurant.

With extensive expertise on site, business events and conferences for up to 2,000 participants are professionally delivered. The spacious areas and high ceilings regularly host events focusing on the energy transition as well as high level political conferences.

Event Locations at the EUREF Campus Berlin

The heart of the campus is the famous gasometer, which has been available again since 2024 following renovation. Until its full completion, large scale events are ideally hosted in Werkstatt26, whose casual design is inspired by overseas shipping containers. With 670 square meters of space and a seven meter high ceiling, events for up to 600 guests can be realized, including conferences, evening events, exhibitions, product launches, and trade fairs. Extensive branding options are available indoors and outdoors, as with all campus venues. Large roller doors allow vehicles and oversized exhibits to be brought inside.

The Reglerhaus provides an elegant setting for evening events with up to 48 guests. The EUREF Plaza can host up to 2,000 people and is ideal for summer parties or product presentations.

Built in 1924 by Alfred Messel, the Wasserturm overlooks the gasometer and includes an auditorium, two workshop rooms with movable walls, and an adjoining café with a large terrace. This historic venue offers a unique backdrop for festive and business events as well as exhibitions.

The Werkstatt is a light filled event hall with a spacious foyer, ceilings ranging from seven to eleven meters, wide roller doors, and a large covered outdoor area, making it ideal for creative event formats. Upon request, a food truck can be booked through the EUREF team to treat guests to delicious street food during breaks.

The Schmiede welcomes guests with rustic charm behind historic brick walls. Its central hall, fireplace room, beautiful conservatory, and two large outdoor terraces create memorable event experiences.

Since 2021, the sustainably heated EUREF Pool has been available for events with up to 150 guests. How about a party including a barbecue? Direct access to the Reglerhaus and Werkstatt26 is possible.

Also launched in 2021, THE CORD adds a new and exciting option for events. This lifestyle restaurant follows a casual fine dining concept, using ingredients selected to the highest quality standards with a focus on regional and seasonal sourcing. With 305 square meters of indoor space, THE CORD accommodates up to 104 guests and features an elegant urban atmosphere ideal for special occasions. A spacious 336 square meter terrace for up to 150 guests enhances the venue and provides a wonderful setting for outdoor events.

Full Service from a Single Source

All required services, including matching furniture, high end technical equipment, and venue decoration, are provided by EUREF Event as a single source solution.

Catering is overseen by renowned Berlin master chef Thomas Kammeier, who delights guests with exceptional cuisine. Street food can be served from a food truck or food box. In addition, various supporting programs and incentives are available, such as guided campus tours and gasometer climbs. Test drives on the campus are also possible. The EUREF Campus features 192 charging points for electric vehicles, including twelve Tesla Superchargers.

Several partner hotels of the EUREF Campus Berlin are located within walking distance of the campus.
