Hubertusbad in Berlin-Lichtenberg as event location 

From spring 2022, the former swimming pool will be reopened as an event location after 30 years of vacancy. When it opened in 1928, the Hubertusbad in Lichtenberg was considered the most modern swimming pool in Berlin, but after reunification it fell into oblivion and was in a state of disrepair. 

BIM Berliner Immobilienmanagement GmbH took on the redevelopment and, in close consultation with the surrounding community, explored possible uses. The impressive conditions with their special Wilhelminian style charm will be available for culture and events in the future. To this end, the 20-meter-long pool was closed off and fitted with a high-quality parquet floor. 

After a costly partial renovation, the redesign of the women's pool could already be celebrated. Further renovation measures are already being planned. Booking requests for events, whether celebrations or meetings with 20-199 people in the extraordinary setting can already be submitted.
