James-Simon-Galerie

The James Simon Gallery in Berlin

Named after one of the most important patrons of the National Museums in Berlin, the James Simon Gallery is not only the entrance building for the Pergamon Museum and Neues Museum and the Visitors' Centre on Berlin's Museum Island, but also the perfect setting for unforgettable events. The building was designed by David Chipperfield Architects and is part of the Museum Island Master Plan adopted in 1999, which both preserves and complements the UNESCO World Heritage Site.
