DIZZLE'S HOME

On the ground floor, the 120 m² heart of the location combines cosiness and functionality. The ambience with wood and ironwork has direct access to the garden. In addition to excellent sound technology, Dizzle's Home also contains its own 3D cinema, a theatre stage and a media wall on which individual content can be played. Ideal for receptions, premiere celebrations, but also cosy dinner evenings.

OLD LOFT

Also on the ground floor, a multi-talented space with a stylish industrial look awaits you. On an area of 120 m², you can experience the typical Berlin factory floor charm with oak planks and steel columns. The Old Loft is popular for dinner evenings, but also as an additional workshop or presentation room. The kitchen is directly connected to the space wonder.

ESSE16

The Open Space on the top floor is a light-flooded loft with a clear view of the sky. The flexibly usable workspace has 170 m² of space and is equipped with clever presentation technology and a flexible and modular tribune system.

SOUNDSPACE

In the basement, the soundproofed Soundoffice welcomes you as a refuge with a special chalet charm. Here, forest-green sofas invite you to chill out and jam. The DJ booth can be lowered into the floor to create a small stage area. In addition, there are office seats for relaxed working and an American bar.

GARDEN

The partially covered garden oasis invites you to a relaxed get-together on an area of 200 m². A BBQ can be prepared at the fireplace and you can linger for hours on the seating furniture and listen to the babbling waterfall.
