Telekom's capital representative office is located in a prime location in the immediate vicinity of the Gendarmenmarkt in Berlin Mitte. Plan your individual happening, whether within a historical ambience in one of the oldest buildings from the beginnings of telecommunications, or in a modern, light-flooded ambience, which will turn your event into an experience thanks to the latest event technology.  

From gala events, automobile presentations, events from the fields of PR or politics, conferences, seminars and meetings to workshops, everything can be realized on site. You will be supported by professionally trained service staff and, if required, a network of security, catering and event technology professionals, as well as from the entertainment industry.

The event rooms for personal and virtual meetings 

Our ten event rooms fulfill all your wishes. A special eye-catcher is certainly the 490 m² atrium, which is flooded with light. Up to 750 people can follow your presentations on the large LED screen floating in the room. There is no need to produce unsustainable display stands. With us, you can digitally deliver your event notices and directions and even the outdoor branding. The platforms of our lifting stage are flexibly extendable, so that in combination with the integrated sound and lighting technology, individual stage sets can be realized in no time. The 990 m² atrium is suitable for joint use with the atrium, creating a capacity for up to 1,200 participants.

In addition, we have three meeting rooms of 24-62 m², two 111, or 127 m² workshop rooms, a furnished 189 m² lounge, as well as the 162 m² Budapest room and our 49 m² anteroom. Furnishings and equipment include tables of various types, pin boards, flip charts, presenter's cases and various technical equipment such as beamers, laptops or monitors. In all of this, we pay attention to efficient power consumption as well as a reduction of CO2 emissions.
