The “Kaiser-Schlips” is a charming gem in Dortmund's lively Kaiserviertel district. This quaint traditional pub was lovingly renovated in 2024 and opened as a sister pub to the popular “Zum Schlips” in Brückstraße.
The concept is simple and original: 3 DRINKS, 2 DAYS, 1 KNEIPE. Only Stößchen, Pinot Gris and water are on the menu here, and it is only open on Mondays and Fridays. On all other days, the “Kaiser-Schlips” can be hired for private or company celebrations.
The “Kaiser-Schlips” is the ideal place for small groups who want to eat and drink together in a cozy atmosphere. The bar room offers space for around 30 people and is perfect for social gatherings.
In summer, the terrace extends the capacity to 50 or more people, which also makes the “Kaiser-Schlips” attractive for larger outdoor events.
A special highlight is the low-cost event option: there is no room hire charge, only a minimum consumption fee. This makes the “Kaiser-Schlips” the perfect choice for your celebration, be it a birthday party, a company anniversary or a casual get-together with friends.
