The restaurant EMIL inspires the guests over and over again with creative dishes of high-class quality. Together with his experienced team chef Sebastian Felsing provides for the fact that only the best products are processed. We are bound to no special supplier, so that always an optimum meat quality and product choice can be guaranteed.
The main focus of the restaurant EMIL lies on the special meat competence. The best meat of lasting breeding is used. Amongst it, for example, the Pommersche Rib Eye Dry Roast N.Y. Strip Loin and the Australian Black Angus Grain Fed Tomahawk Steak. In the 800°C hot grill the crust caramelizes, while the meat remains wonderfully juicy and tender inside. A great pleasure for meat lovers! The menu is complemented with delicacies from the sea and with seasonal dishes.
The interior of the restaurant is a skilful mixture of tradition and modern age. The noble designer pieces of furniture and warm light accents provide for an unusual atmosphere in the historical brewing cellar.
The restaurant EMIL in Dortmund opens on Tuesdays to Sundays from 6 pm to 12 pm.
