A lot has happened on the site of the former Phoenix-West steelworks in the Dortmund district of Hörde within four years. That's how long it took to transform the historic hall, which was built in 1905 as a gas blower hall, into a modern venue. The first concerts took place in November 2017, until the Fantastic Four officially opened the hall in April 2018. Under the new name Warsteiner Music Hall, the venue has since welcomed its guests - and is also the perfect setting for weddings with a certain something.
On an area of 2,200 m², up to 3,600 people can be accommodated within the setting, which is probably still known to many as Phoenixhalle. Whether an exuberant party on the most beautiful day of your life or another private occasion - here everything can be realized according to your ideas. The building is under a preservation order, but houses a state-of-the-art technical infrastructure. Nevertheless, the special industrial charm is still there.
In the course of the conversion, two extensions were added, and a club located in the basement can also be included if required. Soon, open-air festivals will also be possible, as a garden around the hall is being planned.
You can easily reach the Warsteiner Music Hall via the A45, A40 or B54.
