The sandy soils of the Grafenberg originate from ancient Rhine depositions. Some beeches of historical population are more than 200 years old. About 2.5 hectares of event areas on meadows or on white pebble stones alternate on a large area and offer place for all-year outdoor events.

In addition, listed buildings or open new premises flooded with light offer a unique and exclusive ambience. In immediate surroundings there are numerous parking facilities.

As a multifunctional timber-frame construction the new teahouse allows space for your individual wishes. Whether product presentation, congress, reception or employee's event: on a surface of 400 m² the teahouse offers the best equipment and a spacious outside terrace with a dreamlike look of the landscape and the Grafenberg.

The most imposing building of the race course, the Alte Waage, is located in front of the terrace. The beaming white more than 100 year-old building was restored according to preservation order and can be equipped with modern design or original race course elements like the wardrobes of the Jockeys.
