The ATLANTIC Congress Hotel Essen opened in January, 2010 and quickly developed to a popular location for business and private events of all kind. The hotel directly lies on the Grugapark. It takes only 20 minutes up to the airport of Dusseldorf. The underground station in front of the hotel offers a frequent binding to the Essen central station, therefore the arriving is absolutely free of trouble for your guests. The event rooms are suitable for events with up to 450 people. As event rooms you can rent the big banquet hall, the Vinothek, the bistro, the club lounge and the roof terrace. Next to the roof terrace there lies our fitness and wellness area with up-to-date cardio devices, three saunas and a fantastic look over the town.
The big banquet hall offers most room for events. The bistro disposes of 60 seats, twelve of them belong to the "Communication Table" in the centre. The design in the bistro reminds of a birch forest, everything is airy and emits ease. The Vinothek lies on the basement of the location and impresses with one of the most select wine cellars of the whole region.
For celebrations from 70 to 150 people we offer to you our all-inclusive "Grand event" for 119 euros per person. This includes the following services:
- Receipt of your guests with champagne and orange juice
