The Philharmonie Essen Conference Center for Business Events

The Philharmonie Essen Conference Center is a popular meeting and congress location in a central position next to the Stadtgarten. It is only a 5-minute walk to Essen Central Station, and Düsseldorf Airport can be reached in 20 minutes. In the adjacent Sheraton Essen Hotel, your conference guests can stay overnight in comfort and go directly from the breakfast room to the event. A total of 834 parking spaces are available in the surrounding parking garages and lots on site.

The Alfried Krupp Saal with its wonderful wood paneling is the largest conference room and can accommodate up to 1,866 people in row seating.

The futuristic RWE Pavillon, a glass cube, can accommodate 390 visitors in row seating. The elegant ballroom can be used as a conference room with up to 247 participants in row seating. The adjoining foyer is ideal for receiving your guests or for accompanying exhibitions.

Our three halls from the 1950s are also available for seminars and workshops. You can choose between the White Hall (max. 130 persons), the Green Hall (max. 78 persons) and the Yellow Hall (max. 55 persons). Our two event rooms as well as the Philharmonie Lounge are ideal for conferences, meetings and other workshops.
