Stadion Essen

Shortly after its opening in August, 2012 the Stadion Essen has already developed to a popular location for big events. Member meetings and talk events are carried out in the event areas of our stadium as well as festive receptions, rushing parties and elegant banquets. We make available state-of-the-art event technology everywhere in the stadium. Also, the catering of your guests is in the best of hands with our experienced catering team. Everything is arranged according to your wishes.

On the first floor of the location you find the 1,315 sqm big Business Club. It is easily accessible via a lift and offers room without seating for max. 1,600 people. Presentations and talks can be carried out in the Business Club suited for max. 1,084 people in row seats. Banquet seats can be arranged for max. 490 guests. The space can be separated into different areas by mobile partitioning elements customized to your requirements.

For events of max. 400 guests you can book the Business Club on the ground floor of the stadium. Beside the long bar counter, this event area offers a direct access to the stadium snack.

If you want to use even more rooms within the scope of your big event for press conferences or special offers, i.e. then we make available with pleasure our lounge, the boxes, the press space, the locker rooms and, as a special highlight, the mixed zone and the playing field.
