The red wine town of Ingelheim am Rhein (population 37,000) offers a peaceful location in the vineyards of Rheinhessen, yet is still close to the region's major cities (Mainz, Wiesbaden and Frankfurt). Since 2017, the city on the Rhine with its new kING Kultur- und Kongresshalle has been an attractive address for the MICE industry and for all those who want to give their business event an exclusive setting in a top location with the latest technology and a modern ambience.

Conferences, congresses, trade fairs, corporate events and meetings with up to 1,000 participants can be held in the large hall or the five modular conference rooms. Further multifunctional rooms for meetings or discussions as well as the prestigious foyers round off the hall's extensive profile. 

Ingelheim as a MICE destination

In addition to wineries in the surrounding area, the town of Ingelheim also has an attractive supporting program for your business event within walking distance of kING. The Ingelheimer Winzerkeller, another location of IkUM (Ingelheimer Kultur und Marketing GmbH), is just a few minutes' walk away. The Mediterranean indoor garden, the vaulted cellar and the Ingelheim Vinothek as well as the permanent wine experience exhibition in the second basement are ideal for a closing event.

The kING Kultur- und Kongresshalle is about a five-minute walk from the train station in the city center. Ingelheim is only a few minutes away from the A60, A61, A63 and A66 highways. Mainz and Wiesbaden are approximately 15 km away and Frankfurt Airport can be reached in around 35 minutes. International guests can therefore also arrive without any problems.

There is of course an underground parking garage at the hall and other parking spaces nearby. Directly opposite is the IBB Business Hotel (4 stars) with over 100 rooms.
