Internationales Maritimes Museum Hamburg

The International Maritime Museum Hamburg for Business Events

The International Maritime Museum Hamburg is the ideal venue for successful business events within the Hanseatic city. It is located inside Kaispeicher B, a ten-storey building built in 1878 as a grain silo. The museum inspires its visitors again and again with extensive exhibitions.

Within the premises there are four event areas which you can rent for meetings, conferences and seminars. Deck 10 in the attic of the building is ideally suited as a conference room for up to 200 people. If required, this conference room can be divided by a glass wall. Directly adjacent there are two roof terraces, so that the conference participants can enjoy the view over the Elbe and downtown Hamburg during breaks.

Perhaps you are planning a product presentation or exhibition as part of your conference? The foyer is at your disposal for this purpose. It has a floor area of 400 m² and can be extended by renting the Fleet Lounge and Decks 1 and 2. Even in-house exhibitions are held in the foyer with great success.

The classroom on the first floor is ideal for workshops and seminars for up to 30 people. It is easily accessible via the foyer and two elevators.

We would also be happy to organise a varied supporting programme for your conference participants. This can be an exclusive guided tour through the exhibition, the use of the ship simulator or geocaching in the museum. The team of the house has many ideas and develops an individual program for the desired number of persons.
