The International Maritime Museum Hamburg as a wedding location

If you want to book a venue with historical charm and a unique ambience, then you should celebrate your wedding in the International Maritime Museum Hamburg in Kaispeicher B! The grain silo from the 19th century is surrounded on two sides by water and lies in the heart of the Speicherstadt. Visitors experience an exciting journey through 3,000 years of maritime history on the nine exhibition decks. Can there be a better place for bridal couples to enter the port of marriage symbolically?

On the top floor of the magnificent building is Deck 10, where you can celebrate your wedding with up to 200 people in a beautiful atmosphere. The event area of 600 m² can be divided by a glass wall, so that for example you can separate the dance floor from the festive tables. A further plus point is the two roof terraces, which offer a fantastic view over the roofs of Hamburg and the Elbe. Of course, your guests can also use the roof terraces as a smoking lounge.

If you are planning your wedding ceremony with fewer guests, Deck 2 is the right place for you. There is enough space for up to 80 people. Deck 2 is located in the middle of the exhibition so that you and your guests can sit directly under the Wapen of Hamburg.
