Respect for history combined with highly modern event organisation - that is the secret of the Leipzig Kunstkraftwerk. The careful refurbishment of the former cogeneration plant deliberately preserved the visible details of industrial history. A "specialty" for external customers is the conception and production of 360° works and immersive multimedia shows, tailored to the respective event. On request, the creative technicians transform every guest event into a living cosmos of light, colors and sound, thus combining the character of the event with the atmosphere and architecture of the building. The immersive video projection system provides for space-consuming experiences.

Events at the Kunstkraftwerk

The Kunstkraftwerk in Leipzig offers you an exceptional and at the same time convincing setting for your personal event. Whether it's a party, a family celebration, a graduation party or a theater performance, we have five event rooms for every occasion on three floors. In summer, the garden is a special open air location for large groups of up to 400 people, for example for a barbecue party or a summer festival. In the cooler season, on the other hand, our halls with an area of 400 m² each are the first choice for large events. Combined, you can accommodate up to 600 people. The Kunstkraftwerk has W-LAN and power connections in all rooms, as well as a DJ set, stages and lighting technology.

Your successful meetings

A successful company event begins with the appropriate ambience. At the Kunstkraftwerk, you will find an extraordinary environment, which invites you to concentrate on working. In our seminar rooms, you are welcome to use a surface of 120 or 130 m2 according to your requirements. Form your event individually according to the occasion. If required, both halls can also be connected with each other and thus, offer room to max. 220 people depending on the seating arrangement. If you are planning a special event such as an incentive, we will be pleased to provide you with our show kitchen. Of course our rooms are equipped with modern equipment; for example projection technology such as beamer, as well as a speech and sound system with microphone. Flip-chart and canvas can also be used for your business event.

Fantastic weddings in Leipzig's top venue

The Kunstkraftwerk is certainly one of Leipzig's most unique wedding venues. Although carefully refurbished, our premises still have visible details from the industrial history, which create a unique atmosphere. The Kesselhalle and the Maschinenhalle on 400 m2 are two of our largest rooms. Depending on the number of guests, they can be combined as required, so that up to 600 guests can be accommodated here, depending on the seating and the room layout. For smaller companies, Kantine 1 and 2 on 130 and 120 m², offer limited space but still an incomparable charm. In combination, both rooms can accommodate up to 220 people. We are pleased to offer you and your guests in our halls the use of a mobile bar, including staff. Kantine 2 has a fixed bar. There are also up to 50 free parking spaces in the immediate vicinity of the Kunstkraftwerk.
