With its Alois - Dallmayr Fine Dining, Munich has been offering a stylish delicatessen house since September 2018, which welcomes you with delicious hospitality. Look forward to an innovative-artistic flair and an absolute feel-good atmosphere within the 300 m² location (150 m² of which are for the kitchen!).
In two separate guest rooms, 13 tables can accommodate up to 30 people. Events such as family celebrations or corporate events with important customers are perfectly stored here, but even the exclusive enjoyment of the food is worth a visit. High-quality and partly handmade elements combine a modern style with the Chinoiserie look from the colonial era - an irresistible combination!
Chef Christoph Kunz is responsible for the culinary aspect. He has worked in some of Europe's finest kitchens and was named Sous Chef of the Year in 2017 at the Rolling Pin Awards. His recipe for success is a product-oriented top cuisine, light and always contemporary. At a high level, it offers you the opportunity to get to know dishes such as "black feather chicken, mustard seed, black salsify" or "sturgeon, jasmine ginger". Restaurant manager and sommelier Julien Morlat offers a well-rounded wine list for a perfect finish of the meal. Of course, there are also non-alcoholic alternatives.
Specials such as the lunch offered three times a week, which is quite unusual for top restaurants, or the table for "young gourmets" complete the offer. The latter idea is to inspire an audience under 30 years with a four-course menu for culinary highlights.
