The double cone

The Double Cone is the architectural masterpiece and landmark of BMW Welt. It houses the BMW Group exhibition on two levels and a total area of 800m² (430m² + 370m²). It is particularly suitable for festive events such as banquets, gala receptions with VIP arrivals, concerts, vernissages or readings for up to 700 guests. The curved double cone always provides an incomparable atmosphere.

The Auditorium

The heart of BMW Welt is the Auditorium. With its 945m², the hall together with the foyer (450m²) offers space for over 1,000 guests (max. 800 in the hall and 600 in the foyer). A real space miracle, which rightly bears this designation. From a flat banquet hall to a cinema or congress hall with tiered seating - depending on your requirements, the auditorium offers you almost unlimited variations for different events thanks to its flexible room topography.

The Business Center

The business center, with a total of 475m², offers a 195m² foyer, two divisible conference rooms (160m² + 120m²) and a spacious indoor and outdoor terrace with an area of 200m² and 300m², respectively, providing just the right ambience for a business event or product presentation. The larger of the two rooms can seat up to 170 people, the smaller a good 120. The foyer offers about 70 standing places, while the terraces, both inside and outside, have 200 standing places each. If, on the other hand, you prefer a smaller location for negotiations or more intimate discussions, the Business Club on 100m² for 25 people is the right choice for you.

With its distinctive architecture, flexible and innovative room concepts, and unique experience offerings, BMW Welt is the perfect stage for exclusive events that want to be more than just events. With the factor "experience", the highly emotional brands of the BMW Group awarded, every event becomes an extraordinary event.

Streaming and TV studios

BMW Welt, the BMW Museum and BMW Group Classic are creating a completely new infrastructure as well as an all-round carefree service for digital event formats: six fully equipped streaming and TV studios, digital know-how and customized concepts are part of the fully comprehensive event service. Customized streaming packages from social media to individual landing pages ensure a digital experience as an effective and safe alternative to face-to-face events - nationally and internationally.
