Right in the heart of Munich, directly at the Viktualienmarkt, the Fancy Rosi Studio opens up an extraordinary space for creative concepts, stylish events and brand-strong productions.

With 275 m² of space, the versatile event location combines urban design, high-quality equipment and maximum flexibility - perfect for pop-ups, presentations, film and photo shoots or inspiring Christmas parties.

The open-plan main area with a central designer bar as an eye-catcher, a lounge zone and the light-flooded open space creates an inviting atmosphere for up to 200 guests standing up. 

Designer furniture from Sweden, floor-to-ceiling window fronts and clear lines of sight to the street offer the best conditions for eye-catching formats. The space can be freely furnished, modularly zoned and staged in a variety of ways - from daytime events to evening functions.

The technology and equipment can be individually supplemented: a Funktion One sound system, a 100-inch display, a controllable LED lighting concept and matching furniture can also be booked. The functional side rooms (approx. 75 m²) for backstage, technology, changing rooms and barrier-free WCs complete the offer.
