Conferences at the Event Forum Castrop-Rauxel

Centrally located in the Ruhr region, the Event Forum Castrop-Rauxel offers you the ideal conditions for congresses, conferences and seminars. The modern all-round location awaits you with countless design possibilities, the latest image, sound and lighting technology as well as the best infrastructure for your individual business event.

The Europahalle with its 1,485 m² is the larger conference room. Row seating can be arranged here for up to 1,416 participants. Parliamentary seating can accommodate around 750 visitors. In the Stadthalle, seating in rows is possible for a maximum of 700 people or parliamentary seating for up to 320 people. The Stadthalle can be flexibly adapted to your event by means of movable walls and a floor that can be lowered in stages. A stage is of course available in both conference rooms. There is sufficient space for product presentations and exhibition stands can of course be adapted to your event.

Seminars and conferences with fewer participants can be held in the "Henrichenburg" conference room (max. 80 people with seating in rows) and in conference room 3 (max. 40 people in rows).
