Dine around the world: Traveling in the real world is a dubious pleasure for the moment. Not so the culinary experience route by the kitchens of this world with Top boss Christian Haslauer - check in in the CUBE, daily starting from 18.00 o'clock.

If you want to enjoy unusual palatal tickle in an exclusive and stylish ambience, the Cube restaurant certainly is the right place on the uppermost floor of the art museum of Stuttgart. We serve unusual creations of the Pacific Rim Cuisine to you. Culinary styles all around the Pacific are combined capably with each other.

At noon we offer a light and fresh cuisine to our guests including regional and international lusciousness equally. The offer reaches from the menu to the day recommendation to snacks for the small hunger. In the afternoon we invite to tasty cakes from the confectioner.

On the evening map you find a big choice of select palatal joys. Start with a wild herb rocket salad with pumpkin seed bread, Fourme d'Ambert, figs and raw ham or goose liver fig terrine with mushrooms, Granny Smith apple salad and brioche. As an intermediate course maybe a shrimp curry with paprika, dates, sugar pods and coriander, in addition lime sheet rice. At the main courses there are temptations like roasted Black Angus fillet steak with herbs-mark crust, braised red wine shallots and mangold as well as steak from the Yellowfin Tuna with Wasabi pepper crumble, black beans risotto and limes soy jus. We offer a cheese choice and delightful desserts at the end.

In order to assure a trouble-free service course, we serve a uniform menu at reservations for ten people and more in the evening and for 15 people and more for lunch. The menu will be chosen by you in the approach.

Also the wine-list is really unusual, because the noble drops are sorted according to the taste experience and not according to the origin or type of grape. Beside classical wines we offer the latest discoveries to our guests.

The Cube restaurant in Stuttgart is open daily from 11.30 am to 12 pm. On few days of the year we make available our rooms exclusively for events of max. 200 guests.
