As a multifunctional exhibition house the German Football Museum downtown Dortmund welcomes its visitors. Enter the world of the round leather ball and experience an interactive walk through the history of our national team and the club football.

You can use the state-of-the-art event rooms and the latest presentation technology for your meetings, conferences, workshops, receptions and gala evenings and offer a special event to your guests.

In addition to the showrooms that are available for events beyond the opening hours, the museum has three conference rooms and a restaurant at your disposal. Moreover, there is a representative museum forecourt.

At the multifunctional arena of the museum there is the conference space Museumspädagogik which is used for the visit of school classes and children's birthdays in regular operation. The 80 sqm big space can be separated in the middle and used for events of max. 60 guests.

The Weltmeister conference space give a special charm to the 2nd floor of the museum. The top-designed space with high ceiling and a big panoramic window offers a nice view of the living Dortmund city activity. The 35 sqm big space with modern equipment and a capacity of max. 20 people can be separated by a mobile wall from the N11 Bar & Restaurant and it is also suited as an exclusive private Dining Room for your guests.

Further to the conference rooms, parts of the exhibition can be used for exclusive events, too. The 35 sqm big Mercedes-Benz Lounge is especially posh, located directly at the original coach of the national football team of 2014. The coach is a popular photo motive. Nevertheless, your guests can have their picture taken there and test the coziness of the coach. The lounge is suited for receptions or an exclusive gala menu with max. 20 guests at festive decorated tables.

Appropriate to soccer the multi-functional arena impresses with two rostrums in the basement giving this location the special stadium atmosphere. The event surface is connected to the foyer and offers the biggest usable event area for conferences of max. 700 participants or receptions of max. 1,000 guests. The surface can be rented as an open space, furnished and shaped according to your requirements.

For those who are in search of an outdoor event including bad weather alternative, our museum forecourt is available with a total area of 1,450 sqm. The central place on the pedestrian flow in the direction of the city center offers space for presentations, advertising events or exclusive receptions. In addition to the N11 club grill offering the stadium Bratwurst to the guests in regular operation, even dinners supplied by a caterer can be carried out under the open sky on the green artificial turf.

At the N11 Bar & Restaurant you can satisfy your culinary desires. Holger Stromberg, the cook of the world champion's team of 2014, created the menu and developed the concept of the restaurant. The big window front and the high ceilings provide for the modern charm of the restaurant and offer a particularly nice light mood for your exclusive conferences, celebrations and receptions.
