The VEST Arena in Recklinghausen is very popular with organizers due to the central situation in the Ruhr area and the adaptability of the location. Presentations and other business events can be carried out here as well as receptions and concerts. You will be inspired by the versatility and the modern ambience.

The party room has a surface of 600 sqm and can be adapted to any size. Therefore, events of 60 to 1,200 people are possible. Festivities and events with row seats can be arranged for max. 600 guests.

Of course, you can even use the event surface as concert space. There is a big stage (9 x 5 meters), professional light and sound technology as well as a digital projector and screen. A modern ventilation system ensures a comfortable indoor climate. There are loading ways without barriers, so that equipment can be delivered easily. Parking bays for nightliners, tour coaches and sprinters are available in front of the location. The backstage area is situated in the old director’s villa, convincing by a comfortable ambience. In addition, we can offer a wonderful outside area of 450 sqm with old stock of trees. This area is shaped very affectionately and fancifully and can be equipped with lounge pieces of furniture, wicker beach chairs and deck chairs.

Behind the VEST Arena there is the hotel of Bergedick where your guests can spend the night very comfortably on site. The adjoining Beauty Park West is another highlight offering a lot of relaxation and wellness.
