Conference & Congress at the VEST Arena in Recklinghausen

The VEST Arena in Recklinghausen is often used as conference space for conferences and meetings of max. 600 participants. The 600 sqm of event surface are very variable, so that you can use it as a conference space for 60 participants and more.

The congressional space is equipped with real wood flooring and disposes of a modern air-conditioning. The 45 sqm big stage is suited very well for panel discussions and live performances of all kind. Professional light and sound technology is available in the conference space as well as a digital projector and a screen.

Moreover, our wonderful undeveloped outskirt area of 450 sqm with old stock of trees can be used. This area is designed very affectionately and fancifully and can be equipped with lounge pieces of furniture, wicker beach chairs and deck chairs.

Next to the meeting place there is the hotel of Bergedick, so that your conference members can spend the night on site. In order to relax after a strenuous working day, Beauty Park West invites you to fill up the batteries. In front of the VEST Arena in Recklinghausen there are enough parking bays for the visitors. Via the highways A2, A42 and A43 the travel from the whole Ruhr area can be carried out quite easily.
