The 330 m² foyer on the ground floor is ideal for receptions, workshops, or smaller formats with special requirements. The 1,700 m² upper floor impresses with space for up to 2,000 guests – with classic seating, an open design, or creative staging. Back office and adjoining rooms create professional structures, and up to 450 free parking spaces ensure a relaxed arrival.

The 40-hectare outdoor area with a spherical water tower and historic industrial elements also offers an impressive backdrop – ideal for summer parties or vehicle presentations.
