Even if the letters measuring a full storey in height on the facade of Werk 12, which is located in the central square of the avant-garde Munich Werksviertel, form the exclamations OH, WOW and AAHHH - anyone who suspects Pop Art here is mistaken. The AAHHH penthouse is an 850 m² multi-talent and was decorated with Germany's highest architecture prize in 2021. 

Since its completion, it has not only captivated architecture enthusiasts from all over the world. Openly conceived as a hybrid, this stroke of genius bristles with versatility, even though its design features many elements of a shell. This results in previously unimaginable possibilities for mixed uses: Encounters between a wide variety of people, and thus walks of life, cross-fertilize and thus synthesize endless new creations.
