With a total of 1,800 m² of event space, the conveniently located H4 Hotel München Messe offers the ideal setting for your conference, meeting, conference or congress. There are seven multifunctional conference rooms at your disposal, which are elegantly and simply furnished, kept in warm colours and equipped with lots of wood. 

Each room has air conditioning, state-of-the-art conference technology and free Wi-Fi. Three meeting rooms of around 50 m² are suitable for meetings; with 92 to 95 m², the conference rooms offer space for up to 75 guests. 

Since the rooms can be combined with each other, they can be expanded in terms of space. The largest possible room variant measures 375 m² and has a ceiling height of five metres. Thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows, a lot of daylight enters the rooms. Depending on your needs, however, they can also be completely darkened. The type of seating also depends on your ideas. 

Professional communication and presentation equipment such as a beamer, flipchart, screen, etc. is provided for your event. In addition to stationery, drinks are also included in the conference package. The catering options range from snacks during breaks and a lunch buffet to a three-course menu.
