The smartvillage Bogenhausen is the hotspot for creative and sustainable business events in Munich. With a total of 17 rooms, each room is named after a European country and designed in a matching style. For example, you can hold a meeting in Sicily, enjoy a lunch at the Palace of Versailles and network later at the champagne bar in Paris.

Smart rooms for meetings

Thanks to the clever room concepts, the rooms adapt flexibly to different group sizes and occasions. All rooms have the latest equipment and streaming events are also possible on site. 

Let your creativity run free and combine or design the rooms exactly as you need them for your meeting. For example, for larger meetings with up to 170 people, use the 131 m² BARCELONA room together with the 103 m² PORTO room, which is divided by partition walls. 

The two sumptuous rooms VERSAILLES and VIENNA combine to create one of the most magnificent ballrooms in the city, accommodating up to 400 guests. Both rooms also have direct access to the terrace. 

The smart Café is the perfect place for a business lunch during the day and in the evening for an aperitif or networking in a relaxed atmosphere after a successful meeting.
