Elaborately renovated since 2021, the listed complex presents itself in its old splendor as a modern event location with a large beer and wine garden on an area of a good 8,000 m2. 

For more than 200 years, the institution on the banks of the Spree has been a true feel-good place where special occasions are ideally placed. For events of all kinds, whether incentives, Christmas parties, streamings or film and photo shoots, there are various areas to choose from. 

The traditional hall on the upper floor is the ideal venue for large celebrations. Where Albert Einstein and Rammstein have also been guests, 800 people can celebrate. The terrace, which stretches the entire length of the hall, promises to cool off. In combination with the Zenner Klub on the ground floor, even 1,300 guests can fit inside. The location in exposed concrete style scores with cool industrial charm and is also ideal for B2B events. 

In the outdoor area, up to 2,000 people can enjoy the view over the Spree. The beer garden and the magnificent waterfront vineyard provide the perfect backdrop for summer parties. 

The hosts present an overall concept focused on sustainability with the aim of combining culture and sophisticated gastronomy. The legendary Bürgerbräu Pils, Berlin's oldest brewery, relaunched especially for Haus Zenner, has thus made a furious comeback.
