The Uber Platz for Events in Berlin

Since its opening in autumn 2018, the new event quarter around Uber Platz (formerly Mercedes Platz) has welcomed its guests in an easily accessible location in Berlin. With a total area of around 20,500 square metres, you can expect locations such as the Uber Arena (formerly the Mercedes-Benz Arena), the Verti Music Hall and the 260 Grad rooftop bar for a wide variety of events in Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg. In addition, there is a UCI cinema, a Bowling World and various gastronomic facilities. Leave everyday life behind and enjoy the beautiful things in life!

The Uber Platz itself is a good 13,000 m² in size and is a delight with, among other things, the spectacular event area Fontänenfeld on 1,500 m². Right next to it there is a smaller event area of 150 m². In the future, around 500 events per year are to be realised here and 23 million visitors welcomed.

State-of-the-art media technology is part of the square. It consists of eight media towers, each with two 10 m² screens and five LED screens ranging from 15 m² to 88 m² in size. One of them even goes around the corner! The 35 digital City Light posters round off the range of visual highlights.

Of course, there are enough first-class hotels available for relaxed overnight stays directly on site or in the surrounding area.
